By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@vendo.africa.
Vendors agree to: provide accurate product and course descriptions; deliver purchased products and enrolled courses as described; comply with applicable Nigerian and international laws; not list counterfeit, illegal, or harmful content; respond to buyer disputes within 72 hours; and maintain at least a 4.0 average rating. reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendor accounts that violate these terms.
Buyers agree to: provide accurate payment information; use purchased content only for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise licensed; not share, resell, or redistribute digital products; and raise disputes through our resolution process within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at vendor discretion subject to our Refund Policy.
charges a platform fee of 10% on all transactions. This fee is automatically deducted before crediting the vendor's wallet. All prices are displayed inclusive of the platform fee to buyers. Vendor payouts are processed within 1–5 business days of request, subject to account verification.
You may not: impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious code or malware; scrape or automatically collect platform data; use the platform to distribute spam; engage in price manipulation or fake reviews; attempt to circumvent payment systems; or violate any applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Vendors retain ownership of all content they upload. By publishing on , vendors grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, host, and distribute that content to buyers. owns all platform code, design, branding, and infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Termination does not affect existing purchase rights for buyers who have already paid.
is provided "as is". We are not liable for: course content accuracy; event cancellations by vendors; financial loss beyond the purchase amount; or third-party actions. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through mediation, and finally through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
